Meet Heather Fuller, LMFT

ONLINE EMDR & BRAINSPOTTING THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN SAN DIEGO + LOS ANGELES AND ALL OF CALIFORNIA

YOU MATTER.

Isn’t it time to start feeling like it?

If you are ready for a change, you are in the right place. I help women just like you feel more confident, peaceful, and connected by getting to the root of what’s got you stuck and building a life of balance and authenticity.

I’ll meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.

Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m so glad you're here. A little bit about me: I’m a California native, and lover of coffee, books, and podcasts. As a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, I understand the unique and often unseen struggles that come with that. Therapy with me is warm, relatable, and down-to-earth. There is space here for you to show up as you are, no pretenses.

As your therapist, I will be…

a safe, supportive place to land. With compassion and curiosity, we will look at the roots of your struggles. Often times, these roots go way back. What once served a great purpose may now be getting in the way of the life you want to live. I will walk with you through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I will hold space for you to grow and heal. I will also help you find a way forward to live a life that brings you joy and peace.

My Guiding Values

  • Honesty

Honesty is the foundation for every secure and healthy relationship. This guides my work and how I relate to you. I will always do my best to be open and honest with you to help you in your healing and growth journey.

  • Courage

Healing is courageous work. It sometimes means facing really uncomfortable and painful parts of your past and yourself. I believe courage is an important part of therapeutic work, and I do my best to model it.

  • Empathy

Whatever you have been through, seen, heard, or done, there is space for you here. I believe part of therapy is making space to help carry your pain. When it feels too heavy to bear alone, I will be here to help you.

  • Vulnerability

True growth requires vulnerability. I will never ask a client to do work that I haven’t already done. I value the healing and growth that can come as a result of opening up the deepest most sacred parts of ourselves.
