What is an intensive?

An intensive is a dedicated block of time — usually spread over several days — designed with clear, intentional goals in mind. It’s a space to slow down, go deep, and focus fully on what you most want to see shift in your life. No distractions. No rushing.

Together, we identify what feels most important to you, the patterns you’re ready to release, the emotions you want to understand, or the peace you want to reclaim. Every moment of your intensive is structured around supporting those goals.

We’ll use EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash, three gentle, evidence-based approaches that help your brain and body safely release what’s been keeping you stuck. These methods create deep healing without needing to rehash every detail of your story.

The process is both focused and compassionate, giving your system the space to reprocess, reset, and find relief. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded and finally experiencing the change they’ve been working toward for years.

Pre-Intensive Assessment

We’ll meet for a 90-minute session to clarify your goals and understand what life feels like now and how you want it to feel moving forward. Together, we’ll identify what you’re ready to release and what you want to strengthen or expand. You’ll leave with a clear plan and grounding tools to help you feel steady and prepared for deeper work.

Intensive
Session

This is your focused healing time, a calm, supportive space to sink in and stay with what matters most. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash, we’ll gently process what’s been keeping you stuck and help your system find relief and balance. You’ll have time for breaks, reflection, and care, allowing the work to unfold at your natural pace.

Post-Intensive Follow-Up

We’ll meet again for 90 minutes after your intensive session(s) to reflect on what’s shifted and support integration. You’ll have space to process what feels different and anchor the changes in daily life. This session helps your growth deepen and settle so you can move forward with more clarity and calm.
