Meet HEATHER FULLER, LMFT
Real healing, not just coping.
EMDR, Brainspotting, & Flash Technique Therapy for Women Online in San Diego & Across California
you’re tired of holding it all together.
You’re ready to stop surviving and start feeling like yourself again.
You’re so good at tuning in to everyone else, sensing what they need before they even say it, smoothing the edges, holding it all together. It’s a gift… but it’s also exhausting.
Somewhere along the way, in all that caring and managing and showing up, you may have lost touch with yourself, your own needs, your own voice, your own calm. You might look like you have it all together, but inside you feel disconnected, anxious, and bone-deep tired. You’ve spent years being attuned to others, but not often being attuned to yourself.
In our work together, we’ll slow down enough to actually hear what your body, your heart, and your nervous system have been trying to say. Through Attachment-Focused EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash Technique, we’ll gently get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, not just coping, but healing on a deeper level.
I help women move from self-abandonment toward self-attunement.
How I work
At the heart of my work is the belief that the answers you’re searching for have always been within you.
Together, we’ll create the space to listen to the parts of you that may have been silenced, the little girl who never got to have a voice, the parts of you that learned to please and be perfect, the parts that doubt themselves.
I bring both my professional and lived experience into this work, an understanding of what it’s like to move through many of these same patterns and pressures. This allows me to meet you with empathy that doesn’t need a lot of explaining. So much of therapy begins with being seen by someone who just gets it, someone who intuitively understands the pull to please, the weight of overthinking, and the tenderness of trying to hold it all together. From that place of understanding, we can move beyond coping and begin creating real, lasting change.
Through our work, we’ll begin to reconnect you to yourself, your instinct, your inner wisdom, your knowing. This isn’t about me telling you who you are or what you should do. It’s about uncovering the calm, steady place inside you that’s been there all along, even if it’s hard to access right now.
I bring warmth, compassion, and evidence-based tools like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash Technique to help us move beyond surface-level coping and into real, embodied healing. Our sessions are collaborative, relational, and always guided by what feels safe and supportive for you.
Over time, the noise of overthinking, self-doubt, and overwhelm can quiet. In its place, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, connected, and at peace with yourself. Healing is not about becoming someone new, it’s about finally coming home to yourself.
Therapy with me is…
01 Honest
Healing begins with truth. In our work, there’s no need to hide or pretend. You can bring all of who you are here, even the parts you usually keep tucked away.
02 courageous
Facing old wounds and long-standing patterns isn’t easy. But together, we’ll walk into the hard places at a pace that feels safe, steady, and doable. Courage isn’t about doing it all at once, it’s about showing up, even when it’s hard.
03 safe
This is your place to land. A space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it all together. Safety is the foundation of healing, and my first priority is creating a space where your nervous system can begin to relax.
04 freeing
Therapy is about release, letting go of old patterns, quieting the constant self-criticism, and loosening the grip of anxiety. Over time, the weight you’ve been carrying can begin to lift, leaving space for more ease, joy, and connection.
